This is another injury riddled card. Originally was supposed to be Faber vs Assuncao(which for the BW title picture is a good thing + we get Faber/Edgar) headlining. Erick Silva was originally supposed to fight Ben Saunders which was gonna be an awesome fight. Top prospect Gilbert Burns was supposed to fight Josh Thomson but he pulled out of the fight questionably and was seen training a week later. I dont really blame Thomson, Burns isnt the type of fight he should be taking at this point in his career. Matt Wiman was also supposed to fight Leo Santos on this card.

As for whats left Maia/Laflare should be competitive, was a bit surprised to see Laflare as a slight favorite though i think Maia takes the fight. Koscheck is cooked and the fact that hes the biggest dog on the card against a guy who has never won the big fights means a lot. Supposedly this is the last fight on Koscheck's contract, maybe he retires or goes somewhere else afterwards. Martin /Santos should be un-entertaining going by Santos' fights. Nunes will wipe the floor with Shayna(who i cant stand), she could be an eventual opponent for Ronda. Pepey vs Fili will be good as both guys are always entertaining win or loss.

Trinaldo seems like a staple on every other Brazilian card nowadays, hes fighting the guy who retired Yves Edwards in his last fight. Trinaldo should take this one though. The other fight on the prelims that should be good is Kikuno/Souza, definitely see someone getting finished there. Dober and Silva are both coming off submission wins over Varner and Brenneman, think Silva takes it. The rest is pretty forgetable, loser of the bottom 3 fights should be cut.
