I have/had high hopes for Ray Borg, but he did not look good at the weigh-ins and Herrera is a killer. Should be a great fight, same with Ortiz vs Gates. Flyweights are awesome.

edit: I would also like to add, f--- Daniel Cormier. Dude is a terrible analyst get that guy off tv. Nobody is buying that you are the real champ dude. You are a paper champion, a place holder.

Herrera is a solid prospect but he's fought nothing by cans. Not his fault as FLW outside of the UFC is = to HW. Ray Borg is a beast, he came in on super short notice and beat Dusin Ortiz IMO.

A little worried that he would rather forfeit 20% of his purse then cut the last 3/4 th of an LB but if he isn't dealing with an injury he should submit Herrera.

The line moved from Borg -470 to -450 after weigh ins. I'm going heavy on Borg in my DK picks because I like him to get the finish.

TBH I don't get the match up at all from the UFC's perspective. Throwing a prospect like Herrera to the Wolves and giving Borg a newcomer. Borg vs Gates is the fight that should be happening. Only reason Gates is fighting Ortiz is because Ian McCall got hurt.

They moved McMann/Nunes to the main card and moved down Chris Camozzi vs Tom Watson

Yeah, I just watched some tape on Herrera. I think Borg should beat him, even though he had a tough cut.

I keep going back and forth with Johnson/Dariush
Johnson's striking has looked fantastic. Dariush is a good striker in his own right... not quite on the same level, but he is a BJJ black belt, and Johnson (I think 6 of his losses are subs) and the Blackzillians have a history of getting submitted.

Ya Johnson/Dariush is one of those fights where you can point back at their past fights make a case for both guys. Can point at Dariush getting wrecked by Ramsey Nijem or Johnson's fights where he was either submitted or grounded out. What makes it tough is they both have improved in leaps and bounds since their last losses.

I'm leaning Johnson though. Kinda sucks that he's already fought Ferguson and Alvarez is his teammate. And on the other side Dariush will probably go up to WW to avoid his teammate RDA(he said so in a recent interview).

    Unfucking believeable!

what the f---? That wasn't even a close fight... Johnson controlled the pace, center of the cage, out struck him, and stuffed all TD attempts. Straight up out classes Dariush.

    AND LOSES the Fight ?!

I mean that's a clear MJ win. He'll probably get a step back in the top 10 but he should fight Khabib next.

Also the UFC is r-----ed if they don't save Nunes for Ronda. I know they are focused on Dallas in December but UFC 200 is just as important
