Jul 24, 2015 Black Swan & The Wrestler are my favs. The comparison to The Piano Teacher doesn't take anything away from the film imo, it still stands strongly on its own.
Jul 24, 2015 It's still a good movie, but after seeing TPT I felt a little betrayed. Also preferred TPT as well. The Wrestler is up there. Aronofsky was my favorite director at one point in time.

Jul 24, 2015 I'd probably rank The Royal Tenenbaums ahead of it and that's a more pure comedy in every way. IG is a great movie, but we're talking about an entire decade.
Jul 24, 2015 I enjoy Superman Returns. Pitch Black is a fantastic movie and Radha Mitchell's character is possibly the best female character in science fiction movie history. Predators is the best Predator movie. If the movie Go isn't as good as Pulp Fiction, it's close. A Scanner Darkly is a masterpiece. I don't like Inception. Some days, I consider Interstellar to be Nolan's best movie. (other days, it's Memento) Rampage by Uwe Boll is a good movie and at some points, even brilliant.
