thats the issue, half of us are literally JUST talking about this situation. there is no way shape or form the cop was in the right.

he was called to escort a student chewing gum and refusing to leave teh classroom. he put her in a chokehold, slammed her over her desk and dragged her to the front of the room.

this is one issue ive seen quite a bit in general, all blame lies on the officers of the law when the blame should lie on both parties, both sides caused it to escalate.. as it does in many scenarios

yeah, ive already handled the race card many times over fam, lol.

um, in this secnario both parties DID not cause it to escalate. one part was a female high school student sitting in her desk refusing to move.

the other put her in a chokehold, slammed her over her desk, and dragged her to the front of the room.

I dont disagree. The cop should've tased him and done his job properly. Instead he handled himself horribly, egged the kid on, and squared off with him.

The COP is the one being held to a higher standard, rightfully so, not the kid. There will always be *insert someone doing something wrong here*
