Regardless, Twist Ya Fingaz is an enjoyable song. Very enjoyable. But Jesus Christ, it ends there. It's not even my favorite YG song.

good times is probably my least favorite on this list tbh. i feel like thug kind of goes on autopilot after the first 2 lines, which is very out of character for him as an artist. i mean it's a fine song, but it probably wouldn't even crack my top 15 thug songs of the year.

The first two lines are "good times there's gone be some good times..remember we used to pull up and let em fight at the hood times" or whatever...do U mean the first two lines of the 2nd verse?

And even then that wouldn't be accurate since the verse is littered with quotables m8 (bangin red like Coke cola, even the summer time me and lil shawty cuddle, me and lil mama on the same pills, where is my phone that p---- callin, etc)

well i HATE how they switched the verses on the official version so i kind of ignore that, but yea i mean as far as the rapping goes thug's energy dramatically falls off after those two lines. obviously the writing is still top notch tho.

Hmm I never looked at it like that but maybe. I'd have to listen again. I hate how they switched the s--- too. i could make a great top 15 without good times but I'd want it on there 10/10 times man I don't see how it's not a great (or at least in the upper tier of this list)

yea i mean i have no problem with somebody arguing that it's a gr8 song, but at the same time i think it definitely gets a bit overrated b/c 1. it's out of the box for thug and 2. it's been his most successful song this year. it is what it is, but i'd easily put best friend, pacifier, check, halftime, raw, love me forever, power, no way, just might be, calling your name, etc. ahead of it.
