Dec 11, 2017 d--- right it is. Good as f---. Initially I preferred the first half, but that's kind of switched now, the second half is dope as f---. "We raise it - you better praise it or you'll be made to feel - like a traitor we'll..." Flow/deliv and writing on that bit is so satisfying. I love how there's little sections of delivery on the second part too, each dope though and some parts like the "Dallas overshadows the battle for BLACK, LIVES, MATTER!" feel like MMLP1. That super clarity, and kinda loud and aggressive but not yelling, just clear loud. Also the closing lines are great. Don't understand how some called those cringe. He said something actually true - and meaningful - and powerful... in a powerful way. First time in a while I can remember him doing that. As in, Recovery era onwards... we all know he'd yell stupid s---, as if it was powerful or impotant, when it was a bad pun or just some stupid s---. But here he says something which actually does have impact and yells it and ends it. Without insecurely adding a little joke on the end too.
Dec 11, 2017 I haven't heard the song yet or won't until the whole album is out. I'll give my opinion of it then if reminded. Am hearing very mixed messages over the song though.
Dec 11, 2017 It's good but it's unlistenable. Stop/go flow, that weird chorus, horrible mixing, his voice on first two verses. Same all problems he had for almost a decade now. Same problems he adressed on WoW. His ability to change flows flawlessly worked really f---ing great in his pre-hiatus era, now he just can't emulate it, it f---ing works almost against him.
Dec 11, 2017 Figured it out. What bothers me with untouchable.... The s-----y Mr Porter Garage Band guitar Riffs in the first verse or two.. god awful To much noise.. reminds me of Raw but that was done better. Once that shot stops the track is listenable
Dec 11, 2017 Yea I kinda agree. It is good but it does have his usual flaws. And I don't understand this. How did Eminem develop these flaws when he used to seem so flawless? Is it a rapper slump?
Dec 12, 2017 My fav part of the song is when he cuts his flow mid sentence, pauses for effect, then completes the thought. Really makes listening enjoyable
