Jan 8, 2018 Revival is dope and has more replay value than Recovery and MMLP2 combined. Gone are the numerous bad puns (i'm ready for combat man/calm bat man), songs like Not Afraid (worst song of his carreer), the verses that drag oooon and ooon (aside from Untouchable, but that song i skip anyways), songs about nothing, songs that pretend to be something they're not (Bad Guy) or unneccessary rehashes of songs he already did (Going Through Changes). It has a couple of bad songs (Like Home/Nowhere Fast/Need Me) and a mediocre one (Untouchable) but the rest is great. Believe/Bad Husband/Framed/Castle/Arose are also top material but i don't know what spot to put them on yet on his goat song list. Also: Offended is waaaaay better than Rap God.
Jan 8, 2018 Before revival.. the forum was also busy right? People posted in different sections? What changed? We talked about this like 2 weeks ago as well but I still think that its a lame reason to blame all of it on eminem fans. There are still albums dropping, still real live events happening, sports, movies, etc etc. Like I said back then sure some people might have left or became inactive when the side bar was filled with eminem s---, but now that its over, I don't see a reason not to post.. before revival there was also an eminem section and nobody cared then. Complaining about eminem for sure isn't the way to get the traffic back though
Jan 8, 2018 Revival talk took up like 3 months man, with people anticipating a single, then a release date, along with plenty of false hope and rumors. People act like this was a one week thing lol. My guess is plenty of people realized this is an Em forum first and probably always will be and didn’t wanna post here anymore. I was pretty close to leaving too but it’s a good way to k--- time at work. Anyways I’m sick of arguing bout this tbh, to me it’s pretty clear how/when the forum died. If people wanna disagree so be it, not gonna have the same arguments over and over. There’s always stuff going on in the world/music world so not sure what you’re getting at there, the issue is the lack of discussions and activity with anything not related to Em. Obviously there’s always stuff to discuss, just not enough people here to do so.

I mean it’d be a huge risk, I also feel it’s the only chance to revive the forum and have it be anything besides primarily an Em forum. I mean a forum at its slowest point are they really gonna k--- off the most active section? So yeah I get why they don’t.
Jan 24, 2018 I can see the point in OP. Castle & Arose are like prime Eminem. Post Em has some 10/10 songs but prime Em was on top of ratings lol. Castle & Arose were, too.
