Weird habits?

    I chew the skin on my fingers around the nail. Nervous habit. Developed it in elementary school. I never chew the nail itself tho

    when putting on deodorant it has to be equal amounts so if I do three on one side it has to be the same amount of the other side or not I feel weird and uneven

    Bite my nails (better than having them super f---ing long tho, that's disgusting)
    Listening to music in the shower. Can't shower without it. Been a habit since middle school. (this one isn't really weird tho)
    When I smoke weed, no matter what I'm smoking out of (besides a joint/blunt) I always wipe the mouth piece because I feel gross putting my lips on that s--- lol. Even if my mouth is dry af.

    Before bed I check to see if the gas is off on the stove and touch the knobs (don't do it atm cause it's electric), I double check the fridge door and the lock on the front door (I touch it even if it's visibly locked lol) and I used to unplug stuff but my wife made me stop doing that lol

    EDIT: And when my son was a newborn I'd stare at him for 2-5 mins straight to make sure he was breathing and then check it again on the monitor when I went to bed, but it's much harder to tell on there :emoji_confused:

    i touch my face/nose/eye area constantly and adjust my shirt. have really bad nervous ticks sometimes, but that's because I have tourettes so ehhh

    also constantly tap my foot/fingers/hand on stuff, especially when listening to music. i tap along to the notes individually or the beat, sometimes both. idk how many times people have yelled at me for shaking the table or something because I was doing that
