Mar 20, 2015 Definitely..lol I bought it when it first came out, then lost it...then re-bought it brand new on ebay last year for like 11 bucks..glad I got it back. You should play it again though, it's definitely worth it..lol

Mar 23, 2015 d---, I forgot about RE4. Revolutionized an entire genre. Every third person shooter to this day took cues from RE4. Yes, even "The Last of Us" did.

Mar 23, 2015 Yeah. Unfortunately the games that followed in the series weren't nearly as good because they moved further and further away from its survival horror roots with each one. What I meant was the gameplay in RE4 influenced every third person shooter that followed it. They all used the same over the shoulder aiming system first used in RE4.
Mar 23, 2015 Yeah. That's all I meant. Just the influence it had on other games in general. I do realize that while it is one of the greatest games ever made it was probably the worst thing to happen to the series. Because they put themselves in a lose-lose situation. They continued in that direction they went in with 4 and ended up straying too far from their roots. But they couldn't move backwards either because that would be kinda counter productive. Imo, its time they take a good look at the series and decide what direction they wanna go in. Go back to its roots or continue being an action series. I think theyre aware of the negative reception 6 got.
