    I don't drink, but I've treated hangovers for family members and friends.

    • A cold shower - a hangover is essentially an overreaction by the CNS, the cold water helps the brain adapt quicker after a night of binge drinking

    • 65 mg of pure caffeine (just not in the form of an energy drink)

    • Pedialyte (yes, the children's oral rehydration solution)

    • Chicken soup

    Another tip, always use ibuprofen for your headache rather than acetaminophen. Your liver took enough of a beating from the drinking.

    Even when I could tolerate hangovers and still get s--- done I still had a headache or was sluggish. I've never met anyone that wakes up and can run a 5K after drinking 10+ drinks...that s--- cray

    word @theg maybe when you're a bit older, idk.

    i get that you'll be fine if you get enough sleep in, but those nights when drink until 4am and then have to wake up at 7, that feeling of "still drunk" turns in to a hangover pretty quick for me. howww theg?

    yeah in my early 20s I had to open the bar I worked at every Sunday morning. I'd go out Saturday night, stay up til 4ish up at 9 and then serve liquor all day like nothing but would still feel it. Now I do that on a Saturday and I'm still shot on Monday

    i can drink a shitload of vodka, pass out at 6 in the morning and wake up at 10 and go about my day normally

    now if i drink more than 2 flasks of vodka/rum my throat will k--- and i might puke once and then be fine but i've never had the headache/sluggish "i wanna k--- myself" hangover

    edit: flasks are just a unit of measurement here i mean 750ml when i say 2 flasks

    lmao i stopped drinking regularly now, so every night that i do drink is deceptive now. i think i'm going to be fine the next morning, in fact i think i'm fine to drink more that night.

    but the next morning i'm running out of my bed like :narshdab: while i try to hold down my vomit on my way to the toilet.

    I get awful hangovers now. After 3-4 drinks I will likely feel it if I don't pace myself.
