Jan 21, 2016 In terms of how almost flawless the albums is... Illmatic, Aquemini, maybe a few others, Paid in Full?not too many albums though. MBDTF definitely is one of the best hip-hop albums of all time. Unparalleled to anything else released this decade so far for sure. I consider it above The Blueprint, GRODT even though they do come pretty close (Blueprint especially). The MBDTF concept of excess, debauchery etc is more compelling to me as a concept than the Blueprint for example.
Jan 21, 2016 Luca Basi 2 is way more cohesive, less feature heavy, more versatile, shows a much better range of vocal deliveries. It is no question that it is better than Mbdtf.
