Jan 21, 2016 yeezus & mbdtf were made for 2 different audiences, so there's nothing wrong with thinking yeezus is better It's the same for gkmc/tpab... but in this case, I think tpab, for what it is, excels a lot more than gkmc.

Jan 21, 2016 Those who praise these albums't aren't even stans, let alone fans of these artists. It's worth nothing though that most of the praise for mbdtf & gkmc come from within the hip hop community, while most of the praise for yeezus & tpab come from listeners of other genres. So while you're most likely a hip hop fan enjoying mbdtf (or gkmc), you should be able to understand that hip hop ain't the only genre in music and a lot of people, critics or fans who are representing the other side of the coin think yeezus (or tpab) is much better for other reasons. Sure kanye is a better rapper on mbdtf, but the music (imo) is far better on yeezus.
