It's only used to to describe black (inb4 post malone), southern rappers who have thick accents and speak with a lot of regional slang. Even if you don't mean it to be racial, it's rooted in race at least somewhat.

(not even gonna touch your ludicrous bs about "social consciousness.") future and thug have both used that triplet flow on a handful of songs, sure--they're contemporary rappers and it was the dominant flow in contemporary rap for nearly five years. it doesn't define either of their styles, and the fact that you think it does underscores how out of your depth you are.
