Currently going through the Harley Quinn show as a light watch before going into something else, it's pretty fun! Very violent and goofy and definitely not everyone's cup of tea

Mr Robot season 1 . Was ok, completely ripped off Fight Club but interesting enough. Give season 2 a chance to see if it finds its own lane.

True. Honestly sometimes when I finished an episode I googled for a recap to see if I didn't miss anything lol. Hard to keep up sometimes but worth it in the end. Will probably watch again in the future ... (or the past).

I've watched the first episode of Stranger Things and it really seems similar to Dark in a way. Promising. Have u seen it and is it indeed, sorta, similar?

I watched Dark because I heard it was a better Stranger Things. I disagree though, they're very different and I personally like Stranger things a lot more. Stranger things is more of a fun show that's very easy to follow and not depressing

That sounds cool, ST gonna be my next show then for sure.

Yeah Dark really lives up to its title.... its very depressing and man, these characters never catch a break. Every episode I kept rooting for certain characters for something to work out the right way, but it always ended up being the wrong choice and make them more miserable. I did like that they really made you care for the characters, even if they were all very unlikable in a way. They were all in it for their own selfish reasons yet I still felt for them and it made me wanna watch the next ep. Also the landscape in Winden was dope.

Glad it did end on a 'positive' note though even if it meant the characters we know all being gone. The paradox was still there though; if they never excisted, how did they save the couple from the accident? So I don't believe they 'never' excisted at all like some fans suggest. Thats not possible.

    Onto Stranger Things!

Dark is confusing and overrated, but still one of Netflix better shows, ST better even if it's too long and they are scared to k--- characters so they just keep piling them up

@Ripper Roo @Worm finally was able to line up schedules to be able to finish Barry with the people I was watching it with. I completely understand why this new season didn't hit as hard as the others for y'all, there's a lot of big swings taken that could feel a bit like they're sweeping logistical problems in the present completely under the rug.

That being said I think the finale is f---ing perfect and it's still one of my favorite shows ever made lol. Cannot wait to see wait Bill Hader makes next!

Yeah I just wasn’t a big fan of the
    time jump
as it felt jarring to me in a bad way and that caused a lot of issues. I’m glad that you still enjoyed it though, after all you’re the one who told me to watch it. I’m probably gonna watch the season again to see if I like it more. I wasn’t in the best of moods when watching it the first time so that could’ve also affected my perception of the show. I might just watch the whole show over again actually. I still don’t know how I feel about the finale

Yeah that whole segment was weird, especially since the whole show is very surreal so it took a while to set in that it was the direction the show was actually going in and wasn't a hallucination again cause the they were doing weird visions and s--- for a while. I think the way it wraps up mirrors a lot of the show in a really smart way but it maybe could have had an episode or two extra to bridge some gaps.

Watched the new german show Liebes Lind (Dear Child) today. Its a mini series of 6 episodes.

f---ing incredible. I do wish it was a little longer but so happy it actually had an ending. Since most good shows get canceled while they're not actually done.

Started watching it again. Understanding the ending and confusing stuff is making it easier to watch tbh. And I'm noticing details I didn't the first time because it was already hard as s--- to follow.

    Classic show.

Heard 1899 is similar to it and same makers anyone saw it yet?

Finished the new season of Top Boy. Pretty disappointing but ending was decent and enjoyed some of the character arcs. The first two seasons is some of the best TV about thought before Drake got his hands on it and the show became Americanised, going forward.
