Dec 31, 2024 From season 3 So, after S3 ends we finally have some clues about the world the people are trapped in. All these answers (well, still just a small look behind the curtain) are given in the last (10th) episode. It's obviously not unusual for final episodes to give more revelations, but the issue: the first 9 episode its literally about nothing, same as almost the entire second season. It's almost like a reality show where we follow the lives of those people. They don't work together and keep secrets, all they do is fight over stupid s--- and god all the drama. Entire episodes wasted on someone having a relapse, people being attacked by bugs (multiple times even), having silly visions, pregnancy issues, relationship bs. While they are trapped in a town haunted by monsters. Hello, bigger picture???? They go on quests and searches for whole episodes only to come home without answers every single time. I'm not saying they should reveal too much, but the story has zero progress and the actual storyline gets pushed to the background. That said, the last episode finally revealed some things even if it also raises new questions. Which is fine. But man, its a chore to sit through so much filler lol. First few eps were great but then it became less and less interesting. Truly hope this show won't get canceled or ends with a lame ending -without one-. It is renewed for S4 in 2026 so lets just wait then lol.

Dec 31, 2024 I don't want all the answers at once. But this is just so boring lol and I do kinda like it anyway. Enough to keep watching at least. It did kinda give answers in 1 episode since all the other episodes contain 90% filler. For me way too much and almost zero progress. Just lame drama most of the time. Also never watched Lost, seen mixed reviews. Especially people saying it didn't have a proper ending makes me reluctant to watch it lol
Dec 31, 2024 nah you have to watch LOST. It's honestly one of the best shows of all time. Last season gets a little loopy but I didn't mind the ending. The first 3 seasons are some of the best TV you'll ever watch
Dec 31, 2024 Is it at all comparable to anything? Probably will! But is the ending really that s--- or is that more people just not feeling it. Also, I remember a show thats similar to From. Not so much the content itself, story is completely different. But Manifest also has a lot of drama s--- and spends more time chasing dragons than dealing w the big issues at hand. Liked it a lot, until now more than From. I just wish they focus more on the monsters lol.
Dec 31, 2024 I haven’t had time to start watching season 2 of Squid Game yet, but I’m glad to hear it’s still good. I was a bit worried it would decline in quality. I’ll have to watch it soon. I’ve been avoiding it on the internet so I don’t get spoiled, but I think I already saw this girl you’re talking about lol
Dec 31, 2024 The only show I would compare it to would be The Leftovers. But they're very different. Just similar in there's a mystery. Dark would also be a fair comparison, I think they were influenced by LOST as well. It focuses a lot on the characters themselves and slowly tries to reveal the mysteries of what happened to them. I honestly had no issue with the ending of the series. It just got a little out there the last season. Just watch 3 episodes and if you're not hooked it wasn't meant to be. If you're enjoying From, you'll like LOST much more

Dec 31, 2024 Funny you mention Dark, because I think that show is like the opposite. Like 4 episodes in we knew it was about time travel, and the kid was actually his dad. They kept throwing new mysteries at us constantly but also answered a lot of questions. It moved really fast imo and kept me hooked. I like From but it's just a little frustrating sometimes that the people are so stupid lol. I do have some hopes the ending of S3 will bring more action in 4 though. Will check out Lost in 2025, its a resolution!
