    actually my entire music collection (around 2 TB )
    consists of mostly mp3, usually 320, along with v0, but as any music lover i do indeed own some flac.

    I'll never understand the people who hoard pirated music compulsively. I delete my collection pretty regularly.

    because I like to have options when listening to music, so having everything I've ever downloaded at my finger tips is nice when I want to randomly flip between albums I haven't heard yet, haven't heard in years, or just got, because i've got it all. it's also nice because I like collecting music in a sense I guess... it's all organized and labeled and has cover art and it just looks so nice in my iTunes.

    i don't delete music unless i outright hate it, which is very rare.

    The best way to get into what.cd is through the interview process. being invited through a forum is a not so great idea. Anyone with a What.cd account and a brain knows better than to offer or invite people through a forum.

    "Trading, selling, and publicly offering What.CD invites is strictly prohibited; this includes on any forum which is not a class-restricted section on a private, invitation-only, BitTorrent tracker. Responding to public requests for invites may also jeopardize your account and the accounts of those you invite from a public request."

    What is what.cd essentially? I keep hearing about it. Is it good for leaks or is it just a great torrent place for music?

    It's the greatest place for music to have ever existed. it used to have a lot of leaks back in the day (so I've heard) but has cooled down significantly.

    H3X still runs the leaks over there dude. Every scene release of new albums are h3x. Haha
    Its pretty much THE music site. Everything is on there. Every version of every released cd is on there. People who dont have it just assume its bad and hate because theyre jealous
    Yeah exactly. I rememver when i firsg joined i almost gave away an invite on hhs lmao. Needless to say those posts were deleted fast.

    OK I have my account back. Now apparently I need to upload about 10GB worth of stuff to be able to download again. I don't have any of the old torrents I downloaded on this computer (hard drive died a while back) so I can't even seed them and I'm too broke to go buying loads of requested albums and uploading them. Wtf.

    Still accepting invites. I want to start fresh with a new account unless there's a way I can increase my ratio? Gonna look into SoulSeek too

    You need to get interviewed to download music? :what22:

    Also how is the interview conducted? Through chat or video? Seems so uptight for a place to download music.
