    The south as a whole killing the NS game right now. No where else can really compare.

    But historically it's definatly between NY and LA and I've never liked NY sound that much

    Yeah, NY is the apex. it's not a fair question when ny had artists like dmc, rakim, and kool g before other citys were even established.
