    Realised that I don’t really love coding. The soul crushing nature of the retail job made me start a side hustle that’s a fully fledged business now. I work as a growth manager for a Fintech in London.

    The last part wasn’t true then but it is now.

    I'm the Manager of a very successful pub/restaurant in Central London.

    It's the Holy Grail of this industry tbh because my customers are all office workers. So they are sensible and leave before closing time! Because it's all office workers it also means we only open until 9pm on a Saturday (the quietest day) and closed on Sundays.

    The pub has management accommodation which is a 3 bedroom flat above the pub with its own roof garden. I don't pay for the flat or for bills. Only Council Tax which is about £80 a month.

    Just me the Mrs and our dog living here. Life's a beach!

    Essentially buying of materials etc., but we also look after the vehicle fleet & General maintenance of our offices. I'm in charge of a team of three awesome people (which helps LOL). It's cool. I've worked my way to team leader in less than two years. On a decent salary. Planning on enrolling on a management course next year sometime.

    I'm a career student I think lol.

    I finished a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology. After that I went and applied for the commerce program, and in 2 weeks I'll have a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting. After that I'm going to write the LSAT and try and apply for law school. If I get in, great, if not, I'll find work as an accountant and do my CPA.
