Dec 2, 2015 I'd say his most underrated of his main releases is probably Recovery, it gets far too much hate! But then maybe that's just here. Most overrated I'd say SSLP. It's a good album but doesn't hooks up to MMLP or TES but gets talked about in the same light.
Dec 2, 2015 Most underrated album: Recovery- It's the highlight of his post-hiatus career. Still the best thing he's done since 8 Mile. Yet it gets alot of hate for its "poppy hooks and punchlines" Most overrated album: MMLP2- The most forgettable album of his career. This is the definition of average. Still many people insist that it's better than Recovery. Most underrated song: If I Had- I never hear anybody talk about this one, but it's easily a Top 10 song of his career for me. A glimpse into what his life was like before the fame and fortune. This song gets overshadowed by the similar, and equally good Rock Bottom imo. Most overrated song: Deja Vu- Six years later and I still just don't understand what everyone sees in this one. Yes I know it's a personal song about his addiction on an album that was full of goofy fictional raps, but the quality just isn't there to me. The flow and especially the hook on this are just so monotonous. That mumbling chorus lulls me to sleep. In my opinion Going Through Changes is everything that Deja Vu tried and failed to be.

Maybe it's his best album since 8Mile, but that doesn't say much when Recovery is a 5/10 at most admidst other albums which are between 2 and 4/10. Agreed. Although I'd rather listen to Bad Guy II than anything off Recovery. If I Had is extremely cliched and poorly written imo, a third grader could've written it. One of the SSLP's worst tracks. Not even close to Rock Bottom smh Deja Vu is a perfect song. The outro should've been a bit longer though.
Dec 2, 2015 Underrated is definitely SSLP.... It's hands down his best album. Overrated? IDK probably Recovery, or even Eminem Show. Underrated song? As The World Turns, 97 Bonnie and Clyde, Guilty Conscience, Brain Damage... I swear, these are some of the most innovative and creative hip hop concepts, and they're all on the same album. Overrated song? Like Toy Soldiers, Spend Some Time (Eminem's verse was the only highlight of this song...), 25 To Life (complete opposite of the songs I mentioned from SSLP), Headlights.... There's so many.

Dec 2, 2015 The most overrated album is probably Recovery. Encore is underrated because it has some of the dopest deliveries, flows and songs actually. How can some people rate it under Relapse ?! The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is also very underrated it had more positive reviews than Relpase, Recovery or Encore from the critics, yet people still act like it's on par with Relapse or worse than Recovery.

Dec 2, 2015 SSLP is the most underrated, gosh Eminem was raw as f--- I love every single song on it, dope beats, dope delivery, dope flow, dope story telling, and most important.. Eminem's voice was Slim Shady Mood automatically. His interviews were bad a---.. For me definitely better than MMLP and TES. Also all of the last albums are underrates: Relapse, Recovery, MMLP2, and ShadyXV .. I love all of them.. people will discover how great these tracks after 5 years maybe or when Eminem retires.

Dec 2, 2015 IMO his most underrated album is MMLP2, I don't understand why everyone gives it so much s---. I think it's one of his best albums undoubtedly. His most overrated album is SSLP. Sure it is a great album but there are way too many ranking it as the best album of his career. Underrated songs are probably Wicked Ways, Brainless, Who Knew and My Dad's Gone Crazy. All amazing songs that don't get enough attention. Overrated songs are definitely Lose Yourself holy s---! Sure it's a real masterpiece but come on, let's be real here, it's not his best song...

Dec 2, 2015 Alright fair enough I think its better to say its his most disappointing album The best songs where Never Enough, Encore, Toy Soldiers (I still choke up when I hear it XD) but thats about it The rest of the songs are straight comical from what I remember
