because he thinks hes above any criticism. he's out there making himself look like a complete and total goober and has no awareness of it, he thinks he's some sort of guerrilla warfare soldier thats out there fighting the fight against "fake industry rappers" and s--- but he can't remove himself and realize that not only does just about everyone he disses have redeemable qualities, but they're all a lot better than him. he thinks he's the pinnacle of rap and he thinks the reason he hasn't blown up outside of the internet (or even on the internet in any meaningful way) is because he's too real for the "brainwashed masses" and everything is going over the general populations heads, when really it's the opposite and the masses are bored with this cringeworthy RAW LYRICAL SEWAGE bs, that's why the only people who like hopsin are juggalos and tech n9ne fans.

there are tons of parallels between hopsin and that era of eminem. namely, hopsin spent the better part of his 20s trying to emulate that era of eminem, but again, does it under the guise of being 2real4u which is why he's not going to progress (maybe a bad choice of words) like eminem did.
