May 23, 2015 No saying Kendrick surpassed biggie is like saying Kendrick surpassed biggie....I don't get it GKMC and TPAB are two instant classics and masterpieces plus Kendrick has more Grammys and lived to see 27
May 23, 2015 but i'm responding to your claim that all eyez on me was equally influential. you're talking in circles. you have terrible taste and you're a little bit of a bigot. i feel stupid for entertaining you ever.
May 23, 2015 What's a troll? Everything I said was facts.....Kendrick is 27 and has 2 Grammys compared to biggies 0....ready to die wasn't a masterpiece when it came out it was a hot album .....calling someone a troll is a dismissive technique because your beliefs are being challenged by an intelligent response
May 23, 2015 Oh i see you're a troll....and all eyes on me was more influential..it inspired a lot of double disc albums including life after death
May 23, 2015 I'm not sure about that claim, from the looks of things it came out to a lot of critical acclaim from several publications at the time of it's release. Not to mention it earned 4.5 Mics which was possibly the highest distinction a hip-hop album could get in those days, obviously retrospect has been kind to Biggie but it wasn't just a popular album.
May 23, 2015 No one was calling albums classics and masterpieces when it dropped it was either great good or not....but I get what your saying
May 23, 2015 nope. this is fundamentally wrong. you're full of s---. mid-'90s critics were even more obsessed with canonizing things than their contemporaries today.
May 23, 2015 Smh u and this name calling ......but hip hop wasn't even evolved enough back then to know if a rap album would stand the test of time or if rap as a genre would last
