Jul 27, 2016 Many welfare recipients are caught in the perpetual cycle of poverty and governemnt reliance. I don't think it's in good taste to mock the poor. You'd be surprised by the people you meet when you're really not doing well, a lot of them made two or three mistakes and never recovered.
