    Learn a bit and then fake it til you make it. Pretending you know what you're doing is half of it, and then one day you'll be like "what the f--- I actually think I know what I'm doing."

    Ultimately I'd like to be putting out albums and living comfortably off the sales and potential shows. That can't/won't happen though for a variety of obvious reasons.

    You have to realize that no one is obligated to do a g.d. thing for you. Would it be nice of him to help more? Yeah, but he already went out of his way to make the connections for you when he's an adult who works 40 hours a week and has a fiancé and a podcast (and his own interests). You're not the first person he's tried to help, and I know this because he sent me a list of contacts in Seattle as well...the ball's in your court now. You have the Internet at your disposal. There are YouTube videos for tutorials on how to tie your f---ing shoes, im sure there's a multitude of free resources on how to write a formal email.

    If you truly want something you will do everything in your power to make it happen.

    on topic, i want to be in the film/tv/music industry in any capacity. these are the things that gave me the most comfort and security my entire life, and thats what i want to contribute to.

    obviously i want to be the one making the films, or the tv shows, or the songs. but honestly any capacity is fine. i dont necessarily enjoy being a critic, but thats one way ive been able to channel my love for the s---.

    i want to write for the next breaking bad

    i want to make music videos for, or manage, the next young thug

    idk man


    im currently entering into my last year for a degree in behavioral neuroscience, lol

    FL is absolutely complete for producing, it's down to preference. Anything you can do in another program you can do in it.

    I've never touch any kind of pro tools or whatever it is, just thought it'd be cool to do at least a song, thank you though and no matter what, don't ever give up!

    You have no real desire to succeed at it. People have given u great advice here and in ca's case apparently even huge opportunities and u refuse to find a way to make it work for u. Its sad really. if ur serious about it, hope u find the will to pursue it seriously tho. Nobody can really help u at this point tho its all up to you.
