    It actually makes a lot of sense, and I think it's better than the clinche "road to recovery" in this link Eminem himself said it "symbolizes what my life is like right now, you know because of the fame, but also kinda how i had to remove myself from society a little bit, pull back you know to i guess conquer my demons my addiction and that whole thing, it also symbolizes like me never leaving detriot, you know what i mean, so i'm just sitting in detriot watching tv, it's kinda my leaving room, and people are just walking by"

    TES is his best album but it's cover is the most basic. Just a big red curtain with Em sitting in the background behind it. That's why I ranked it #9. When you think about it TES, Encore, and Curtain Call are basically three different plays on the same album theme and cover.
