i try to drink a lot of water before going to sleep.. it helps
s-----y food is also a must.. but basically because i wake up really hungry and s-----y food is fast food
and yes, sleep obviously, but in my case i usually wake up too soon and cant sleep anymore because i feel like s---

its stomach meds in canada that settle your stomach like nothing else but they f---ing knock you out

but like, if you take 7+ and stay awake and resist the urge to fall asleep you get a pretty dope high. f---ing on gravol >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>***

sometimes you also get visuals ive seen it like, snowing, in my bathroom while i was on like 10+ gravol

yea my mom uses it when she gets sick on planes and s---. i use it frequently when i get stomach sick, but i've never like, shared my experiences with it as a recreational drug before. anyone who's into doing drugs try it out. 2 tablets will knock you the f--- out if youre not fighting it but if you're not doing anything the next day give it a shot, take 7-10 of them and fight the urge to sleep, after a few hours you're gonna feel like you're in heaven, esp. if you're f---ing someone in the peak. it's great.

but like, if we're gonna talk about hangovers, hooooly f--- gravol is insane for hangovers. you're gonna be knocked out for the next day at least when you take enough to get a decent "trip" (for lack of a better word) off it
