    It's kinda hard to figure... I'm a member of three different unions... I go through a handful of temp staffing agencies... if I'm only getting 40 hours a week at my main job, I'm working two other ones... and even though I have 8 different organizations that refer jobs to me I'm usually hunting for jobs on my phone at work with indeed, craigslist and other services.

    Web design for a local company in Phoenix. Looking for a better job if they don't give me a good raise next month though, last March I only got 2% and they acted like they were doing me a favor. If the benefits weren't so good I would've left a year ago.

    Also been doing websites a lot more on the side lately, about to start my 3rd project of the year this weekend. I'm learning I hate the UI aspect and just want to code. I don't like making mockups, I'm not creative at all.

    Also I helped code the site you're looking at :imcool:

    I'd love to learn autocad. I'm really good w/ quickpen but autocad is a whole different beast.

    It's actually fun to learn. The new autocad versions are super intuitive and user friendly too, you could easily pick up the basics by just playing with it and watching yt tutorials.

    I love playing around with it outside of work. I have a whole folder of plans for remodeling ideas for the house. I cadded up a driveway and had that done last year. Now I got a nice a--- garage drawn up that I wanna get built soon.

    Been a mechanic since high school it's as blue collar as it gets but it keeps the bills payed and puts food on the table. Just started Grad School I'm hoping to start a career in School Psychology, doing an internship/research at the Foundling Center in West Harlem if all goes well I could be starting my career right off the bat once I graduate!

    Used to DJ for fun mostly at college parties and I did do a few bars/clubs back then, sort of thinking to go back into it.

    Car mechanic is one of the best skills you could have. I wish I knew my way around a car, I just take mine to my uncle and he's drunk most of the time smh

    Most of my family is in the business so they were the ones that taught me. I feel your pain though, I remember coming home from school and my uncles were all too intoxicated off Centinela to teach me the basics :laff: sometimes I think us Mexicans work better that way lol.

    nah lol no background check or nothing... its the only place in downtown vegas that has its own security on site so we have our own rules, were full hands on and its up to the owner about employee policy, they dont give a f--- about my sideburns or tats they kinda like it because its more "intimidating" i suppose

    the pretty cool thing about the hands policy is like when i got hired the owner was like if you tell someone to get out and they give you lip you can do whatever you want, knock them the f--- out or whatever you need to do to get them off the property, if they try to attack you put them in the hospital, ive got great lawyers. im not a douchebag tho so i let drunk people be drunk i just tell them to put their d-ck away if they try to piss in random areas pretty much. however, there are a LOT of f---in homeless people in downtown and i have to keep the property clean of the bums, i just ask them nicely to leave because my boss breaks my balls tho and theyre usually compliant, theres only been one that was like bitching and then pissed right in front of me so i cuffed him and trespassed him
