I don't even know where to start with that post tbh. It is a disingenuous argument, but we're still talking about equality. You either accept equality or you don't. Again, you seem to be fine with gender roles when they serve a purpose you agree with. And when those gender roles stand in the way of a goal you want to achieve, you push for equality again. You're not being consistent.

And on a different point, have you not been paying attention to the large push for sports to be played with men and women on the same team? That's not an idea embraced by many (thankfully), but physical boundaries are being challenged by many following feminist thought.

i'm not "fine with gender roles," i just don't think women should be assaulted by men. the notion that that somehow contradicts the rest of my worldview is..............

women are much worse off than men are. that shouldn't be the case. i'd love to know which of those sentences you disagree with.
