Aug 22, 2020 Honestly I feel like Americans live in the bubble and don't know how good they have compared to other countries. The grass is always greener on the other side.
Aug 22, 2020 What do u pay at the dr without insurance? How much is minimum wage and median wage in Poland? Cost of living? This reductionism of complex issues is the exact flaw I see in pro life arguments
Aug 22, 2020 Not really I just don't see how it is possible with prices and wages in USA. I feel like you people are too accustomed to your privileged lives there so any less than that you guys find insulting and not liveable.
Aug 22, 2020 to start off... here we aren't so obsessed (not meant as an insult or compliment) with people. Idc about journalist, youtube losers, or other people giving their unimportant opinions on twitter. I do think the american election system is a media circus and I cant take any of those dumb f---s serious. Trump is an insult to politics But aside from all the names I see I never heard off, I'm mostly interested in what it means. Not some try hard names or people, but what does being left center or right mean to you? I'm gonna give some examples / statements that make me vote for a party in Holland thats probably mostly right (as in not left). Just gonna name some things and curious where u would place me One IMPORTANT note; its based on events and life in europe and the netherlands, so NOT on american standards.

Aug 22, 2020 Minimum wage: 1877 zł netto. Median wage in 2020: around 5000 zł. I don't know how much you pay without insurance, but if you don't have a job and you are registered as unemployed you can use public healthcare so it isn't that much of a problem.
Aug 22, 2020 All of that and despite no social safety net to speak of we pay ~10% less taxes than yall
Aug 22, 2020 Adjusted to usd yalls median monthly is 1500 ours is 3500. Not that significant of a leap given that everything is doubly expensive here and public healthcare isn’t a thing One of my best friends had an asthma attack yesterday, a violent one in which they needed to rush to the ER. Do you know how much they paid for a $12 inhaler? $375 not including whatever hospital bills to pay for the staffs time.
Aug 22, 2020 By pro life logic, he simply shouldn’t have been so irresponsible to have been poor and have health complications. He worked in the Texas oil fields making good $ until the gas prices dropped and half of em got laid off. Wouldn’t personally say it was a moral failing on his part that happened to him.
Aug 22, 2020 Americans have it good compared to s-----y countries but honestly living in europe >>>>>>> Not all countries maybe but holland germany belgium france etc is paradise compared to most of the world
Aug 22, 2020 Yeah, but dollar plummeted lately. It was like 4zł+ for 1$ not that long ago. Yeah, but as I said I don't like neither your system nor ours really.
