Who Have You Seen Perform Live?

    As far as rap goes I've seen almost all my favorites:

    - Kanye x2, Lupe Fiasco x1, Pharrell (w/NERD) x1, Pusha T x1 (Yeezus tour in Las Vegas & Glow in the Dark tour in Phoenix)
    - Eminem, D12, Obie Trice, Stat Quo, G-Unit, Lil Jon & EB (Anger Management 3 in Phoenix)
    - Childish Gambino x2, Danny Brown x1 (Camp tour and Because the Internet tour)
    - Gym Class Heroes (performed at ASU - Travie was sick and it was pretty bad)
    - Chamillionaire (small local venue lol)
    - Snoop Dogg & The Game (How the West Was Won tour in Phoenix)


    I'd like to see:
    - Macklemore & Ryan Lewis (they performed at some random Microsoft store opening here a few months ago but I didn't want to wait overnight to get tickets on a workday)
    - Big Sean (he performed here Super Bowl weekend but I didn't find out til like an hour before)
    - B.o.B. (performed in Las Vegas recently but the 5 hour drive was too much)
    - Jay-Z/Beyoncé tour (too expensive)
    - Eminem/Rihanna tour (closest one was LA, 6 hour drive)
    - Ludacris
    - Obie Trice (I'd like to see a full concert)
    - Royce Da 5'9"


    I've probably seen 2x more non-rap concerts, my wife likes to see a lot. Most recently: Lana del Rey, Fall Out Boy, Lorde, Jenny Lewis. Brand New concert is next in May, then Taylor Swift in August.

    I've seen a few

    Chance the Rapper & Childish Gambino (on the start of royality/camp make up tour)

    Kendrick Lamar & Drake*just for a few
    (This was before gkmc came out and I won meet and greet with him so I got to chat with him after the show until he left

    Danny Brown & Action Bronson
    (It was Danny Brown's first concert in Canada and I was one of the first people there so when his car pulled up I saw his ratty a--- hair in the window and he came out gave me and my ex a hug and tossed his cigarette on the ground by a kid just not giving a f--- and only smoking like half. Then I had got meet and greet tickets so I saw him once I got in and Action Bronson. I was wearing my childish gambino sweater and Action Bronson wanted me to take my photo with him and I was like nah I don't listen to your music. Danny was like this guy has terrible taste in music he's wearing a gambino sweater. So I was like hey I got this at his last show, one that you where supposed to be at but couldn't get your a--- across the border and you where on his last mixtape and I like your music. He just started to laugh and said tru tru)

    Drake & The Weeknd
    (Hidden small show so I was stupid close, I actually managed to sneak into every VIP area besides drakes booth and didn't even realize.)

    Kitty Pryde & Dog Bus
    (Dog Bus opened and actually killed with a song they haven't posted online called pogo, then kitty came on stage and I was at the front so there was a part where she got up next to me and started stroking me while singing some seductive lyrics. It felt really personal even though I know it was part of the show)

    Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West and Drake
    (Most I ever spent on tickets but it was for the Yeezus tour. s--- was insane I got to shake kanyes hand and just craziest experience ever I would need a full thread just for that

    Partynextdoor
    (He didn't really preform a full song it was like little bits when his songs played at his party, ended up leaving the same exit of the club as him crossing rooftops and then saw him outside of his car when me and my buddy where leaving he played recognize and partynextdoor rolled down his window leaned over the b------s on his lap gave us the peace sign)

    I've only seen Kanye perform in my home city.

    Being Australian and living in Adelaide, A LOT of artists tend to skip my home town. It's not really an excuse tho, it's just that none of my friend really listen to hip hop, especially american lol.

    Seriously recommended hitting a coldplay concert. s--- was f---ing amazing. Take lsd before you go and you will have an epic night.

    I would recommend staying away from seeing a show in Perth, tickets are massively expensive, the crowds are people that are 'to cool' to be seen enjoying themselves and then it reflects in the performers not giving an energized performace that they seem to be enjoying themselves or having much crowd interaction.

    Not too many. Slug, Cole, various summer jam artists for a couple years. Steve Miller Band. Will be seeing Blue Oyster Cult in a weeks or so. Really wanna see Kanye. Hear his shows are a f---ing blast.

    But I met the GOAT human being 50 Cent today at a liquor store. He's promoting his new vodka and for some reason he chose to come to this small town in Massachusetts lmao.

    Yeah, it was good man. Considering how old he is getting and how long he has been in the game. Me and my partner actually left early because, I swear to god, he was just going through his whole discography. Not going to knock him for that. It was great to see somebody who really enjoys what they do and wants to give back to those that love his work.

    Most of them always do Sydney/Melbourne shows and never do Adelaide.

    I'm yet to go to a concert but I hope to one day.
