    Jay Z isn't overrated, assuming he was, nas would be even more overrated
    Drake isn't THAT overrated, so he wouldn't be in an 'of all time' list.


    Tupac REALLY overrated though, it's criminal that people compare him to biggie.
    You could say that calling biggie the best of all time partially because of his early death makes him overrated, but biggie was at least a really great if not legendary rappimg. Tupac was pretty average.
