    Hate to join in on the bandwagon but Cole. I f--- with a lot of his songs, but no way he's on par with Kendrick by any measure.

    No doubt. I actually enjoy a good J. Cole record (I trash talk him a lot but most of the time it's just for the lolz), but the amount of people that put him next to Kendrick...nahhhh.

    and the thing is, 4YEO just needed a few tracks gone and replaced with False Prophets, Everybody Dies and High for Hours. He has all the tools but he f----- up heavy.

    Yeah true if u cut out half the album and replaced it with his pre album hype tracks that album would be hot as s--- but instead it puts me to sleep :wellsht:

    Music aged awfully, I'll give you that. But you gotta look at his skill contextually. Compare his rhyme schemes with the typical 80s rhyme scheme - the Fresh Prince rhyme scheme. He's not just influential, he's revolutionary imo.
