    Probably because he just hasn't crossed paths with some underground female artist that showed him big interest to get signed specifically to his label and at the same time was dope enough for him to feel like she was gonna make nice addition to his party. Also, he used to beef quite a lot in his prime so he might thought back then that signing a female would somehow make him more vulnerable, while later on he disappeared for five years, and then when he got back he kinda cut off most ties with the underground world of hip hop, which it seems to me he kinda started to slowly renew since the huge flop of his solo pop album in the ending of 2017. LMAO
