Sep 8, 2016 From the music to the structure of the songs, everything about tpab was meticulously thought about. Imo Tpab is without a doubt the better body of work but it doesn't mean you can't enjoy gkmc more. As far as i'm concerned, Tpab is the kendrick project with the best replay value after section 80.

Sep 8, 2016 TPAB just has like an old feel to it but in a sense it's new to hear those old sounds. GKMC was great, don tget me wrong, but TPAB was just out of the box and different. Why didn't you like TPAB? (those who didn't)

Sep 9, 2016 Individual songs on s80 are so dope. Ronald Reagan Era, f--- Your Ethnicity, Hiii power, Kiesha's Song etc all 10/10. But do you think as a cohesive project it is constructed as meticulously as gkmc or TPAB? I think of s80 as a bit of a mainstream introduction to kendrick but gkmc was where his artistic flair was really showcased

Sep 9, 2016 well, imo tpab is in a league of its own and is miles ahead of gkmc. musically and creatively TPAB > GKMC. You could say that the rapping was a bit better on GKMC but that was more because of Kendrick's vision than a decline in skill. Tpab has to be kendrick's peak as an artist but depending on who you ask, everybody is gonna have a different favorite project. Gkmc will definitely get more love from traditional and young rap fans while heads and fans of other genres will probably pick tpab
