    Outside of rap it can still be done(obvi) but in rap only Drake can, maybe Kendrick but I think he's past that point. After 2020 nobody will ever sell a mill first week

    If we are talking without streams and purely sales then no, because of the Apple Music first week exclusive thing.

    But if we are counting streams and sales he probably will.
