They are parts of this album so I wouldn't judge them out of that context, but hey; Institutionalised is a very good song. This version of i is easily better than the single (his voice doesn't sound r-----ed, and the "live concert" is a great idea and it's executed very well).

I like alright but not as much as these 2 songs. And someone could say that "it's one of the best songs on the album" for like half the songs of the album lol.
