Aug 2, 2015 I respect fat people more than skinny people with eating disorders This chick went from this to looking like this to weighing 40lbs on her own choosing
Aug 2, 2015 let me get this straight we changed your avy cuz its against the rules, you ask me if we did it cuz its against the rules...we tell you yes...saladin post in your profile that he changed your avy cuz its against the rules...so you delete his entry from your profile..and you change your avy back like some sort of rebel or what? banned for 24 hours
Aug 2, 2015 ive lost 80 pounds twice through diet and exercise (and quitting drinking the second time) ive never been obese in my life though
Aug 2, 2015 People know the dangers of cigarettes and they smoke them anyway. Its the same idea. I think the idea is less of losing weight as it is being healthy. Making sure you are eating right, and getting in your exercise
Aug 2, 2015 I'm not telling you what to do or anything but it really isn't fair to look down upon fat people. It's alot harder to cut weight when you are overweight or obese than when you aren't. It's not an excuse for being out of shape but they deserve at least a little bit of empathy. People also have conditions that make it virtually impossible for them to lose so it's not like every single fat person is lazy or doesn't want to be in shape
Aug 2, 2015 oh i know i don't generalize all fat people, people with conditions get a pass but the girl who says all women should be proud of their bodies when their just too lazy to get their bodies in a healthy condition is utter scum. I watched and helped my Dad lose over 200 lbs. so getting my respect as an overweight person, when you have the ability to do something about it is tough.
Aug 2, 2015 depends on what the 10 years would put me at @M.I.C. d-ck move homie, d-ck move, gonna hit you up on the #groupme
Aug 2, 2015 good for you that you helped your dad some peoples' issues seem to be they lack the confidence to do it on their own. like if you can't do it, don't be afraid to ask for help. that shouldn't be a problem. but if you're gonna do absolutely nothing about it, don't complain.
Aug 2, 2015 what's sad is it's getting to a point where larger people are saying "respect, respect our bodies, we love them" and s--- like that, but at the same time they are bashing and hating on skinny people? Okay I get you want to feel good in your own skin. that's good, I'm happy for you. People shouldn't bully you or whatever, but don't be a f---ing hypocrite make others feel like s--- because they are skinny and not... "curvy" ??
Aug 2, 2015 it's a lot harder to do on your own the best thing to get started is having someone to work out with who knows what they're doing
Aug 2, 2015 Oh I mistook your respect post as a generalization. I agree with you about the I'm not fat I'm thick and proud to be lazy types.
Aug 2, 2015 Well, I went from being a foreman for dirtwork in town... Which meant I mostly spent my time in an office or my work truck doing paperwork... 6 to 7 days a week about 80 hours a week. I ate taco bell a lot and drank a lot of monster (not diet) energy drinks at work and probably 8 or 9 beers to help me sleep at night. When I was at home I just slept and watched TV and got my d-ck s----d and rode. I've been at that awhile... Over a year I guess... That work dried up and I went to get the same kind of job this February and had to pass a "fit test" (run up and down stairs with a heart monitor on get my blood pressure checked ect,.) I weighed 300lbs then (good guess, Hasbro) I failed the fit test because my heart rate was too fast on the stairs. I crashed dieted and started running 20 miles a day and lost 20lbs in ten days and took the test again for a different job (scaffolding foreman). I past the test and got the job. I'm a lot more active at this job (I build tall scaffolding out of semi heavy components), the work is far a away from booze and taco bell... It's 7 days a week and I work out everyday and mindful of what I eat. I can f--- standing up holding her in my arms now. Everyday for 56 days in a row, I wake up at 3am, I work out from 3:30am to 4:30am, I'm at my physically demanding job @ 5:00am seven days a week, I work until 6:00pm. I eat a protien heavy/carb light dinner and am asleep before 8pm. I get 14 day R and R's and so far I have been very active on my R and R's with hiking, swimming, fishing and marathon sex. This is me in November in Central Park, NYC. I don't know how much I weighed then... But it was a lot. Here's me in July in Anchorage... I weighed 240 at the time and I'm 10lbs lighter now.
Aug 2, 2015 im currently in the process of doing it... i really dont wanna be old and have to take 10 pills a day just to stay alive when i can fix this s--- now in my 20s
