bro, it was an ABUSIVE relationship. there was psychical and MENTAL abuse in that relationship. of course she still loves him, its common for people in relationships like that to feel like that regardless of what they did to eachother.
if you dont understand, you've never experienced or been close to someone who's been in a relationship like that.fezzer, JIGGA MANE, Rodamon and 3 others like this.Nov 18, 2025(This ad goes away when signing up) - Nov 18, 2025

idk about you guys but I find it a little f----- up that some people (like celebs) can't even say RIP about somebody without also having to clarify their stance on their surrounding issues to avoid being criticized.
Like I've seen a lot of "RIP he died too young"
then the top comment would be "Oh sO yOu SuPpOrT DoMeStiC ViOlEnCE HuH!?" like wtf noAllis Mines, asvdawg, RetiredAccount and 3 others like this. -

Btw I just wanted to express that my intention wasn’t to trash a dead person yesterday in the wake of his passing, I don’t even really remember how we started talking about it (tho I’m sure it was inevitable). I think it’s a very normal and human reaction to be confused and trying to process your feelings about something like this. But showing respect for the dead is more important than having a “take” in the wake of a 20 year old being shot to death. I didn’t follow him on social media so idk what steps he was doing to improve his life but I sincerely do hope that was true and he was working with therapy/psychiatry/anger management/etc to move past who he was as a teenager.
Still think Kreay said it best

My high school class is actually a mess right now
Because of his content I'll go as far as to say he had a larger fan base than anyone else in my town during his rise this last year
I also noticed how desensitized the world is that me and all my friends just saw our idol up close dead in the front seat and all we know how to do is share it and silently pretend this dude hasn't helped me out of bed somedays better than my own family or surroundingsAllis Mines, DKC, lil uzi vert stan and 3 others like this. -

--- was a s-----y, immature, brat prone to violent behavior who made cringeworthy music.
--- was the victim of a shooting in a long line of rappers and young, black men in general falling victim to shooting.
It's okay to mourn him without trying to justify his behavior.thunderface, Cyreides, Guma and 3 others like this. -

Honestly believe he will be one of the most influential artists of all time, his influence has already spread. He wasn’t perfect but he had a great heart and a great passion for the world and making it a better place. This is probably the hardest an artists death has actually felt to me. Rest In Peace man. -

Yeah, arguing XX was a “good person” definitely isn’t a hill you want to die on. He was young & stupid but seemingly was trying to turn his life around which is what makes his death so tragic. However, his actions are inexcusable.Ordinary Joel, Slyk, asvdawg and 3 others like this. -

Again, you're free to enjoy X's music, no one's saying you can't listen to his work in spite of his actions, if you're able to do that then good for you. The minimising of what he did since his death is super gross though and it baffles me how his fans think "the story was exaggerated, he only beat her a little, it's not that bad" is an argument in favour of the man.Nov 18, 2025(This ad goes away when signing up) -

Cool if you like his music in spite of his actions, separate the art from the artist if you can, but this false narrative that he was some kind of embassador for positivity and “force of good” is gross and embarrassingSomethin Wicked, JIGGA MANE, asvdawg and 2 others like this. - Nov 18, 2025
