    At least with D1, even with the listening parties, he held onto the songs till they were ready. Giving us the album in this state kinda taints the listening experience, even if it gets updated. Just feel like first-take s--- like this isn't meant to be heard, at least officially.

    He and his team surely did bad thing to all those people who forked 200$ for Stem player expecting, not just expecting but being promised via product advertisement to be able to download new album.

    Those people right now are simply frauded.

    I don't know how well consumer rights work for people in US, but I know people have requested compensation even through civil cases for less. I don't expect from Kanye to be aware of consequences of his actions, especially in these times, but I mean that guy must have a whole team of sales experts and lawyers who should be able to warn him that some stuff are not to be played with.

    It's one thing to fu*k with fans by delaying an album, but the whole other thing is to play with someone's money. lol.

    I have a feeling that once Kanye has a handful of beats with ideas for hooks and finishes about 3 songs he announces an album release date thinking that will be his deadline to finish the album. Then, as time gets closer he focuses so much on the creative behind the actual stadium listening party that he just never finishes the album.
