Jan 10, 2018 Surprises me a bit that it wil be a full length studio album. Oh well, TBF would probably have been released in 2016 if that stuff didn't happen to him. He follows up quick with music. Looking forward to it. I don't think it will be a Love Story 2 just because it has the same producer. TM3 will be more of his old style I think. I like both so I don't really care haha. I hope they have the right mindset and inspiration and are not just forcing themselves to create songs.

Of course it's up to yela whether his releases are albums or not, i mean the 'studio' part isn't up to him, depends if it was made in a studio or not, but the album part is And mixtapes arent "free albums" they're supposed to be a collection of loose tracks, remixes and freestyles, thats how they started out as, its only been recently that some artists have started adopting the mixtape term for free releases that sound like albums, being free has nothing to do with whether a release is an album or not....

Jan 11, 2018 Not really lol. You kinda missed the point again brother. @Pixel said that it's up to Yelawolf to decide if it's an album or not. He said it wasn't up to him to decide if it's a studio album because that depends on if it was recorded in a studio (there can be live albums for example), and the fact of the matter is that it is being recorded in a studio. Like pixel said, the term mixtape was just recently adopted by rappers to refer to free albums - but again, that's entirely up to the artist if they want to label it as a as an album or mixtape. This is going to be all original music, not a collection of freestyles, loosies, etc. Yelawolf wants it to be a studio album, then it is going to be his studio album. Just because it's not going to be released on Interscope doesn't mean it should be treated as any less. It's still an "album album". In the long run, it'll still get misconstrued as something else. He tried to do the same thing with Trunk Muzik Returns and people who aren't true Yelawolf fans still wrote it off because it wasn't released on Shady Records/Interscope. "Yeah, I've heard all of Yelawolf's albums. Radioactive, Love Story and Trial By Fire!"
