I mean, you can, and most people wouldn't think twice about it

Which is exactly the thing about it

Not to mention the numerous words for white ppl in English/other languages that anyone can say

Not that I'm advocating for n----- to start being thrown around however (no need to advocate for it, it's already a thing, people just act like it's not)

There's just a lot of hypocrisy surrounding it. And that keeps it being offensive when otherwise it would eventually lose its meaning and people wouldn't give a s--- anymore in the right context

    And honkey/cracker etc lol

Honestly tho, I don't care for the n word in the slightest and think it's overused by ppl in general, regardless of their race.

but ultimately, regardless of my personal lack of use for the word/dislike for it, I think it's just a word like the rest and ppl need to eventually get over it sooner or later. And it won't happen until it ppl stop perpetuating its offensiveness

The origin of honkey and cracker came from white people. Cracker was a term that described the lower class in great britain centuries ago. Black people didnt invent the n word. White people did to further demean black people. You can't equate these to one another

It can if you actually know what it's been used for since slavery

    From Wikipedia:

Cracker, sometimes white cracker or "cracka", is a usually derogatory and/or offensive term for white people,[1] especially poor rural whites in the Southern United States. In reference to a native of Florida or Georgia, however, it is sometimes used in a neutral or positive context or self-descriptively with pride(see Florida cracker and Georgia cracker).[2]

They're both racially based slurs in this sense
