Sep 28, 2015 i rated j cole's debut 9.7/10 an hour after it dropped and made a thread asking if people liked it better than GRODT. odb went to the listening session in NYC for that album and wrote the most optimistic one listen review of all time it's not a shot at you fam, don't take it that way. it's just funny
Sep 29, 2015 nah im probably never gonna be inclined to take it as a joke since it stemmed from a professional disagreement (which in and of itself was taken out of context. my rating for the album as far as the review was concerned was supposed to be 8.8. i personally thought the album was higher. and in the end pitchfork gave it an 8.4 anyways) the way that was handled never sat well with me, and still rubs me the wrong way. ijs. u guys keep laughin tho, just hit me up when one of u fuckbois writes ur own review. will b super happy to check it out!

Sep 30, 2015 Listened to Slime Season. It's a little better than i thought. Found a few enjoyable tracks on it but not enough to change my opinion though. I still stand by everything i said, Game is way better and it shouldn't even be debatable.
