    It's a rap discussion forum, if you don't want to back up your claims or discuss anything then why are you here? Can you show me an article or person who isn't you who called Take Care "conscious rap"?

    Also this is nothing to do with a "technicality," we're arguing that mumble rap is a disparaging, stupid, and inaccurate term.

    By the way, even though i don't use the term conscious rap and don't want to use it i'd most likely bind music that handles political and social issues and affairs not f---ing drake lol
    Let's just stop using these terms, it creates needless and baseless prejudice

    Future and Young Thug don't mumble either tho, they do it just as often as Kanye West does so I don't understand why these rappers need the label "mumble rap" put under their music

    Yeah, well Snoop was probably high and forgot that he had a feature on Pluto lol

    A lot of artists mumble in their songs, mumbling has been in music since forever. So do you think kanye west a mumble rapper too? Would you put someone like Future and Kanye West in the same sub-genre because Kanye mumbles too.

    It's sad that people put artist that they think are similar under the same "mumble rap" and call it a genre, when the similarities between some of those artist are very minimal

    I said that because that's probably the weakest reason for that being fake. Among other things, they probably dropped the Easy Breezy part from the title because of legal issues and Take Care being a Drake title doesn't mean anything. The Wayne song was called Take Kare.
