The emotion when he starts Fine Line was really genuine:
"Another day, nother hotel/the inside of its nice though, oh well/this is my life so"

He legitimately sounds depressed and this was well executed, even though it's not necessarily lyrical, or comical. Eminem would be far better these days if he wasn't worrying about being funny or skillful.

Not really a line, per se, but the part on the title/opening track where he mentions putting FACK on his greatest hits album made me chuckle and shake my head at the same time.

He took the time to stop the beat, play a snippet of that song, and when I'm thinking he might admit how bad the song was, he actually pulls a 180 and says "that was awesome". So it wasn't necessarily the line itself, but the delivery that made me react.

With a lot of his punchlines, especially the "toilet humor" ones, he does it because he thinks it's funny or that it will add shock value. In reality though, it comes off more as cringe-worthy and, in most cases, embarrassing.
