    Not unpopular at all.
    You're right...but nobody writes 100% of their stuff. Whether it's a bar, chorus, or flow, all rappers get help one way or the other.

    Everything before Take Care feels like a more basic 808s or Frank Ocean album, Take Care was just Drake stealing Weeknd's pop phase for a few years, NWTS and IYRT are his best works because the execution and direction are more inspired and the meme of him gradually getting worse is just an Internet phenomenon caused by the combined effect of nostalgia and over exposure.

    Drakes one of those artists that's easy to hate when you're trying to be a critic but from a musical perspective despite everything I just said he's widely considered to be one of the best doing it.

    then thank me later is one of his best album idk why its underrated maybe because of the hype that surrounded it but its such a smooth sound and u can hear 40 all over it

    with classics like fireworks, shut it down, find your love and light up on one album u gotta be kidding me its great

    and lets not forget thats the era of the most personal drake features











    and hard a--- club songs













    just so much quotables from that era and if u go back it so much to find thats good that u have to consider it top if not 2nd to top of drakes album eras

    and this isn't even close to all the songs i could bring as well
