New stream rules means that means Views already "sold" like 800k with the views/streams of One Dance, Pop Style & Hotline Bling. This means that with 17 other songs being released and available to stream wont the numbers just keep going up and up? He'll sell like 700k first week and with the supposed 800k on top we already breaking into the millions lol.
