    As much as I loved Hot n----- and 0-100 this one takes it for me. Updated video below:

    Hot n----- >>>> 0-100

    Drake rehashed the Started from the Bottom dynamic on that one. That stripped down beat and the sonic simplicity of it all. Those rhymes could've been on any feature he did in the past couple of years. Hot n----- went dumb on 'em in the truest sense of the word. Rivaled the Chicago drill scene in intensity. It's the ignorant version of "the south got something to say". This time it's New York proving it can be relevant and hip again. Not to mention the developing case surrounding it.

    I mean, I think we've got 2 different criteria here.

    CoCo isn't the best song of 2014, but then, it sort of is? What rap song will 2014 be remembered for. For me it's between Hot n-----, 0-100 and CoCo.

    That's a fair assessment. He's certainly no Kanye or Kendrick in terms of artistic progression.

    He still makes great music to me though.

    CoCo is a meme. The music video is probably more than half the reason it blew up. More an oddity than anything.
