Jan 26, 2015 Since it never got finished, do people have rights to make a song out of it? This beat's d--- near flawless. If you look up the song on youtube and google, you'll see plenty of random artists making their version of it & I've yet to see Shady Records or Cudi do something about it. Would've been great to see Eminem finish this because there's no way in h--- he'd rap on this with an accent or his Recovery flow. Was there any official statement about the legality of this record or if it was ever finished?
Jan 26, 2015 Yeah it was a real shame we never got to hear a final version. Cudi or Eminem never addresed the song so there was never an oficial statement.
Jan 26, 2015 d--- I never heard this before, sounds really good it's a shame this was never officially released.
Jan 26, 2015 It's a real shame he didn't spit some verses on it. May be there is a final version in his vault...
Jan 26, 2015 it's possible either way. the beginning does say "Kid Cudi... Kid Cudi.... Slim Shady..." though
Jan 26, 2015 This track is "produced" by Eminem.. But we know he can take an already finished beat and add a layer to call it his production as he's always done this.. Either way shame this wasn't finished with the 80 other Relapse 2 tracks that were on a different level than Relapse.
Jan 26, 2015 So tired of hearing this nonsense. You heard the best of those "different level" tracks on Relapse Refill. Buffalo Bill for example; really next level!
Jan 26, 2015 This hook could have been the makings of a GREAT song about his addiction. Still can't beat the Deja Vu hook though.
Jan 26, 2015 The popular rumor when it first leaked was it's a Relapse 2 record that leaked too early if you check through other forums most will say the same thing.
Jan 26, 2015 Here's some of the "finished" versions of this song DJ Vlad cosign? Then this guy somehow made a version he could sell on iTunes https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/i-hear-them-calling-feat./id646911828
