Birdman Can't Afford To Pay His Condo

    Birdman's nest is getting shaken one more time -- but not by Lil Wayne -- his Miami condo association wants him out -- and now they're going to court to make it happen.

    Ivy Condo Association says between him bouncing checks and racking up over $12.5K in unpaid fees they've had enough -- they filed a lien in November, and asked the court to foreclose on the rap mogul right before Christmas. Yo, bah humbug!

    Financial woes are stacking up for the Cash Money honcho -- a reported $1.9 million federal tax lien, a $1 mil lien from a construction company ... plus, he took out a $5M loan against his mega-mansion in April, just to p---- it out.

    Suddenly, his Weezy war doesn't seem so big. Then again ... maybe he needs Wayne more than ever.

    Lmaoooooooo my mom works at a bank where Birdman pulls loans out and she told me a WHILE back that Birdman was needing money and that his a--- was broke.

    Well, I could understand how you would think I'm lying, it doesn't sound plausible, but I dont really have a way of proving it:dno:

    To clarify, my mom has never personally met/interacted with Birdman, but she's like the Secretary for the manager, and the manager is head of like the whole area not just that one branch, and he's personally dined with Birdman.

    I'm not trying to seem cool or anything, just thought it was funny and wanted to share with the class.

    Whitney. I think there's only like one or two in Houston cuz they're based out of New York or some s---.

    Edit: its based out of New Orleans, which I guess makes more sense cuz that's where Birdman would be banking. :dno:

    I can't imagine being so stupid with money that I could go from buying an $8m Mercedes used to not being able to pay $12.5k in condo dues in less than 5 years.


    YMCM's biggest years was in the Great Recession of 2008-2011. If you made a lot of money then you should be coasting now.
