Jun 11, 2023 Both has benefits; in the morning its a good way to really wake up and start the day fresh. But in the evening, you are clean going to sleep. What is ur preference?
Jun 11, 2023 Before bed, imagine going to sleep all sweaty and sticky after a day of hard work lol. Only excuse to not wash your a--- before sleep is party till the morning. EDIT: But sometimes I have to take the morning shower, especially in summer when it's hot af
Jun 11, 2023 I’m glad to see my morning routine thread spawned this conversation. I normally shower at night because of the way my schedule is, but even before I didn’t have a schedule, I normally still showered at night. I’m a night owl and do more things at night. Everything is just more comfortable and relaxing for me at night, especially showering. It also gives me a better space to reflect on my day and reflect on any other thoughts I have. Since I’m a night owl, I’m more creative then, and the shower gives me even more ideas it seems. I’ve seen people say you should shower in the morning because you sweat at night. I sleep in a very cold room so I doubt I sweat that much. I also never usually get any smell complaints, just compliments on how good I smell. Ladies love my cologne. If I smelled bad I don’t think so many people would be around me so often. I have people around me who are honest about that sort of thing, and they normally only tell me I smell bad after I’ve done something that would obviously make me smell bad, like working out or swimming in a pond.
Jun 11, 2023 Obviously I shower whenever I feel the dirty and need one. But my preference would be to shower before bed.
Jun 11, 2023 I need to shower in the morning. I feel gross all day if I don't plus it just wakes me up and gets me going. I don't work outside doing manual labor, so I don't feel dirty at the end of the day. I do take a second shower though after exercising ofc.
Jun 12, 2023 Shower before bed almost exclusively, although a shower in the morning is useful for a quick wake up.
Jun 12, 2023 Going to bed unshowered is disgusting, i dunno how people are woken up by showers fr, if i shower first thing it makes me more tired and lethargic after f--- outta here
Jun 12, 2023 Showering at night, just lose yourself in the water flow. Firstly, it provides a relaxing experience, helping you unwind before bed. The warm water soothes your body and mind, promoting better sleep quality. It's like a rap battle with dirt, sweat, and pollutants as they get washed away, leaving you feeling fresh and clean, ready to hit the bed like a rap beat. Showering at night saves time in the morning, giving you extra Z's or more time to perfect your rhymes and morning routines. It's like Eminem spitting fire, saving time and still slaying the game. But wait, showering in the morning also has its own 8 Mile moments. It's a refreshing start to your day, waking you up and getting your senses buzzing like an Eminem concert. Water cascading over your body is like a beat drop, energizing you and making you feel more alive than ever. Morning showers wash away the sweat and oil, making sure you start the day with a clean slate, ready to take on the world like Slim Shady. If you've got a specific hair care routine or want to style your hair like Eminem's signature look, morning showers got your back. And for some, it's a moment of solitude and reflection, a time to mentally prepare for the day and gather thoughts like writing lyrics for a new song. Ultimately, whether you choose to shower at night or in the morning, it's all about your personal preferences, schedule, and hair care needs, just like choosing your favorite Eminem album. Consider factors like sleep quality, hygiene requirements, available morning time, and the desire for a refreshing start to the day. You can even switch it up like Eminem switches his flow, adapting to different circumstances and personal preferences. But remember, no matter the shower time, good hygiene practices, like regular bathing and cleanliness, are what really matter, just like Eminem's commitment to delivering powerful lyrics.
Jun 12, 2023 Idk how anyone can have a full day of work or whatever daily operations and then get into bed without showering. If the morning shower is a thing then it should be your second shower in the last 8-10 hours.
Jun 12, 2023 I feel you, man. How can you go through a full day's grind and not shower before bed? If the morning shower is your thing, cool, but think about it: it's like your second shower in just a few hours. Instead, picture this: after a long day, you step into the warm water's embrace at night. It's like hitting a fresh beat, cleansing away the stress and dirt. When you slide into bed feeling fresh and clean, it's like Eminem's smooth flow. But hey, it's your call. Just remember, hygiene is key, like Eminem's lyrical spree. Find your rhythm, find your flow, and let cleanliness be the way you glow.
Jun 12, 2023 Morning. I don't feel that dirty, even after a hot sweaty day. It's part of my wake-up routine.
Jun 13, 2023 Yeah I guess it also depends what kind of job you have. If you work at an office or smt it makes more sense to shower in the morning. But if you work outside, or otherwise where you can get sweaty or dirty, obviously at night.
