I don't know if its just me but recently I've been shrugging off Eminems music when usually I enjoy his music a lot. Yea his lyrics are impressive some of the time but theres a missing factor that makes me lose interest or replay value and I don't even think if he changes his flow things will be different. Its like he's lost his ability to captivate and story tell and I think there is no connection with him and the music he works on.

How would you evaluate Eminem now?

He is doing kinda good.
He can do much better with good beats tho.

But I never said classic. Recovery was a good album compared to relapse and mmlp2 was a step above the feature he's been doing that year before.

I've been the same. The replay value has been zip recently. I just couldn't care less. Up until this year I used to bump even his average new songs for a couple weeks just cos I was a fan but I've just reached the point I'm over hearing him sound like his rapping while being electrocuted.

He really fell off in the MMLP2 era (2012-13) but he's been doing great ever since Shady XV. I think an album from him right now would be great. Possibly his best post-hiatus album yet.
